No matter what you think of peas, try a fresh sugar snap. Fresh, raw, steamed, roasted, saute'd ~ they're awesome! A very short season, so get 'em while you can. The freshest taste of summer!
BTW ~ you eat the whole pod, just strip off the inside string before preparation.

I got a recipe from either Oxygen Mag or Clean Eating that had sugar snap peas, fresh peaches, red onion, fresh mint etc that they served w/salmon that is very good.

Took your advice and made some sundried tomato hummus tonight. YUM! Should be even better tomorrow after the flavors have time to meld.
