Saw them in the 80s. Kicked ass. I'll pass now. I have no patience to deal with all the drunken knobs at concerts these days

I didn't recognise David Lee Roth without his trademark hair.

Saw them a few months ago. Pretty good show. Brought back some memories. David Lee Roth is still a very good front man. A total fruit for sure, but a good show man

Much better with Mike and Sammy imho. There's always Chickenfoot, but it's too bad their songs are meh.

I saw them twice on this tour. Band sounded great. DLR sounds like crap. (He just talks the lyrics)...

Eddie is one of the all-time greats, but his personality is a little less than optimal. What was done to Michael is inexcusable.

Saw them in Vegas last month, decent show. DLR is completely out of the closet and wayyy more flamboyant than before

Is he actually gay? Always wondered.

Roth sounded way better on the 2007 tour in recent years. But if you really wanted to see the kick ass shows you have to go back to the fair warning tour and before that. The 1984 tour was impressive for its size and scope but the guys were totally coked out and I think the shows suffered as a result. Eddie is one hell of a fucked up person and seriously, having Wolf replace Mike is stupid. Sure the guy plays well and all that but gimmie a break, having a twenty something year old standing around with a bunch of geezers is laughable really. The band tarnished its image with all the ridiculous line changes as so forth and how many times can people hear the same guitar solo? He's been playing that rountine for 30 years. Roths voice is finished.

He has to have some queerness in him for sure. There is no way a straight guy can behave that way on a regular basis. Althought that doesnt take anything away from his crazy double splits, kicks and overall showmanship of their earlier years.

I heard that the tour has been indefinetely suspended due to friction within the band. I'll never forget the interview with Diamond Dave when he said "Sammy throws a pretty good party, but I AM THE FUCKIN PARTY!"  It's said that Dave's IQ registers at genius level.

Bands who peaked 30 years ago performing their "comback" tours are usually disappointing.
