If you are a natural and your arms are slow to develop, would it be safe to say they would be slow to develop while on the juice as well, or is that a whole different ball game?

What about that really old guy that would still compete against the young bucks around 8-10 years ago?  Everyone would make fun of him.  Jocelyn Pelletier.

Absolutely he has piss poor arms, but the thread title was top competitor, so Down Hill is not eligible.

I've been to that place in Berlin. But, to answer your question, I've never heard of any of those dudes you mentioned so they can't be top contenders.

Milos hands down.

My friend Chris probably was one of the best bbers on Long Island but always wore long sleeves...I remember it was like 100 degrees outside and my boss was like " Will you just get the fuck out of here you Milos Sarcev armed guy" lol.

So Milos is probably the top competitor with shitty arms imo.

None of them were except Torchia as a teen and Tanny back in the 1940`s.

Anyone know why the bumps on his stomach? Ive seen this on other pros as well. Is that where he pinned sub-q peptides or what?

They are lipomas, small chuncks of fatty tissue enclosed in a cyst. Caused by years and years of heavy dieting. Every pro has them.

God, you're such a noob. And what's with the post-whoring? Trying to gain some forum cred "bro"?
Thx for the answer....

Albrecht like ray mcneil, had high insertions for bis, but huge delts that made them look even smaller, good back, great legs. Tall too

Far superior physique to dan hill

And Albrecht was waaaaay superior to Dan Hill regardless of his arm size.

Hill could/will never come close to looking as good as Albrecht.

Got smaller off season like mike christian, ferrigno, arnold, zane, boyer, franco, kevin, makkawy, etc

Seen some pics where he looked like a normal guy, nothing special

Amazing how he, and others mentioned above got into shape, FAST!

Biceps weren't as emphasized in old times as they are today. A lot of professionals today emphasize their biceps to the extreme, but this wasn't the case in the 40s and 50s. Proportion was the thing back then. Chests and shoulders were more emphasized.

Don't know bout that

Think he went into wrestling

What I do recall, is that he was very marketable at one time, and had a lot of covers, weider ads, articles, features.
What was unusual was this guy, a german with a basic grasp of english, wrote the most eloquent articles ever, on training, diet, psychology pertaining to bbing, even romance...

Would actually like to know from "Fortress" if these guys even read the article before the ghost-writers sent it off...
