That's a bit exaggerated. I feel less energetic when I don't eat them for a couple of days.

No, too much fibre causes digestive tract distress/discomfort. 2-3cups of vegetables/day is more than enough.

Just drink a cup of Rumen with your veggies, and you are good to go.

Distress is a nice way to put it. Ate a crap ton of veggies (like 3 cups every meal) and about blew the toilet lid off. ha ha ha ;D

still eat them but not as much i have about 2 full cups of raw greens a day, thats all i need and all i can handle

Vegetables are necessary for a healthy diet, and are thus necessary for a Bodybuilding diet. Vegetables have no unhealthy fats, low calories and lots of vitamins and minerals and other nutrients. Anything that is healthy is good for bodybuilding, anything unhealthy is bad for bodybuilding. Our bodies work as a single mechanism, and if we deprive ourselves of that which is healthy or eat that which is unhealthy then we deprive our bodies of best muscle building potential.

permabulkers use junkfood as fillers.
