No - GWB was a disaster as president in his second term. I consider him a failure, but at least he is doing something positive like this.

imagine how fucking out of your mind you would be if Obama let 911 happen in his first term and how many threads would have started if Obama's brother "Marvin" Obama was on the board of directors of the company handling security for WTC.
