Title: Update on my achilles surgery/recovery

Since NOBODY has requested an update on my surgery and return to contest shape, I will refrain from writting one .
You will also miss my wonderful ramblings on various unrelated topics as well.
I await a lack of respone of this thread with baited breath.
Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition.

Yes I shall be ready to return to (special) OLYMPIC  training by next month.

How's the recovery going? The complete bicep rupture I had took about 5 to 6 months to get the strength back in my arm. I would think for an achilles is would be rough.

Thanks for asking. I'm in week 6 now and should be able to put wt on my leg next week, walking in a support boot.
I have returned to the gym and am only doing upper body machine work.
Should be sept before I can start working quads or hams again and more time to work calfs.
Hope to be walking at least by mid Aug.

What kind of surgery? Leg injuries are a bitch especially months on crutches
