Butt hurt number 1. who's next?

Number 1 butt hurt. who's next?
Actually, I'm glad he won...I thought dude ran his mouth too much.
-
Nice.
-
Still not convinced. He needs to bump up to 205 and beat some big names and I will gladly say he's the best ever.
-
he is the best ever by far!
however if they make a gsp vs silva superfight, gsp will take it. mark my words.
Hector Lombard might have a decent chance too beat him too. Bisping not so much lol.
also he isnt getting any younger.
-
Would love to see silva/gsp, give them each 10% of ppv and set up a catch weight
-
Silva/gsp wouldn't be much of a fight...Silva is just too damn strong. Silva/Bones Jones is the fight. Tim Boetsch might be a handful for Silva at 185. He's a stronger version of Sonnen having dropped from 205..he throws 185's around like they're little kids.
-
;D
please he wont ever go up in weight and two cameos against scrubs doesnt count

id say lombard has a better chance than boestch
-
Well...we'll find out on 7/21 when Boetsch and Lombard hook up at UFC 149...
Sonnen struggled against Bisping..llooked a little weakened and he couldn't do much damage to Silva after he took him down. maybe coach was onto omething when he said Sonnen's having a hard time cutting?
-
a silva vs. jones catchweight fight would be a battle for the ages
both of them are extremely fast, accurate, and long limbed. Pretty much the same fighters just in different weight classes.
-
Needs to stop playing around at middle weight, fighting mostly mid-level fighters and fight at light heavy. A GSP fight is a ridiculous idea. The size difference between the two is epic. Silva is the equvalent size of a LH. GSP is no where near the size of a middle weight, maybe in Japan but not in the UFC.
-
When is Silva going to fight at 205lbs again? Middleweights are too easy for him.
-
GSP would get destroyed.
Silva already said he's not interested in fighting Jones, too much weight he'd have to put on and Jones is 14 years younger, taller and stronger. Jones is 6'4 and already a stringy 205 no way in hell he's going lower. Say that fights never gonna happen. It wouldn't be fair to Silva cause like Jones, Silva should be fighting in a weight class higher than they currently do.
-
gsp would not get destroyed. not even close.
would be a really good fight.
also silva has mentioned that he thinks he can make 170. so a 177-178 catch weight bout isnt impossible.
lets hope that happens.

He'd get crushed. Silva would make him his bitch and then the Canadians would make a holiday out of it.

Yeep, but he should tray unlimited time fight with a Bokator's boy's or real Okinawa karate masters (don't mix it with sport karate).

Silvia.
-
Lets be real here. Silvia got lucky! Real lucky. For christ sake, Sonnen dominated Silvia all through the 5 rounds, untill Silvia magical happened to get a triangle lock with his legs around Sonnen. Sonnen could easily have taken this if it wasnt for that, and I bet hes pissed as hell with that sad outcome the last few minutes of the fight. Silvia needs to put in more work with the wrestling if he wants to continue his undefeated status, because that night he almost lost it.
Real talk.

I agree.
I'd say Bones is the greatest ever. He has dominated everyone. Everyone. Silva hasn't. Sonnen/Silva 1 for instance.

::)
They are the greatest, because they pull out wins when the cards are completely stacked against them. Lets see what Jones does when he is down 4 7/8 rounds at some point in his career. Does he pull it out or drop his title? It will happen at some point.
-
Silva is the greatest P for P so far but
Jones beat more talent in convincing fashion
in the last 4 fights than anyone in history.
They both have great striking, including great elbows,
legs and knees. Both have good submissions but Jones is
a better wrestler. It goes without saying Jones is a lot bigger.
Speed is very close with an edge to Silva.
I think Jones has the potential to be the best ever, just hasn't had the
longevity yet.
A fight with Silva is a no win situation for Jones.
If he wins, he was expected to win and defend his weight class.
He's younger, bigger and although he didn't look it, at 37 Silva may be past his peak.

From here on out, anyone who doesn't wear the gay type GSP shorts when fighting Anderson, deserves to have their shorts grabbed. Anderson is brilliant at "dirty" type tactics. And any Vaseline on anything but the face should be grounds for disqualification. These fighters should be wiped down completely after each round.

If this was judged by overall performance like boxing rather than tapping out, Silivia would have never won this fight period. Even the worst fighter can get lucky sometimes, are they still considered the greatest? ::)

What? Bones is great, but he hasn't defended his belt 10 consecutive times like Silva has. It's not Anderson's fault that he makes other middleweights look like scrubs.

And Jones doesn't make other LHWs look like scrubs? Silva had a hard time with Sonnen. Everyone saw that.
Jones has never had a hard time with anyone. I'd even go on to say the competition Jones has faced (Rua, Page, Shad, Machida) was tougher than Silva has faced.

Evans is underrated too, dudes record is ~22-2-1

It's close, but Jones has only defended what, 4 times? Let him win a few more fights first.

I just feel the calibre of fighters at MW aren't what they are at HW.
I'm curious to see how Jones fights Hendo. If he man handles Hendo like the others, he's best P4P without doubt. Silva's big snag was Sonnen. Jones hasn't had a snag yet.

X2. Its hard to judge how good he really is just because hes always the bigger fighter. But he is no doubt incredible to watch regardless of size or reach.
-
When talking about P4P greats...Matt Hughes never gets a mention...why is that? He was a very well rounded fighter who dominated his division for a time.
-
I LOVE BRAZIL
-
Where does Sam "Hands of Stone" Stout fit into these rankings? I rank him quite high on the P4P ranking scale.

Joke? He is a slightly above average fighter.
-
Taking guys in their prime, here's how I would rank these guys, as P4P best fighters of all-time:
GSP
Fedor
Silva
Aldo
Bones
BJ Penn
Take Bones off that list and you have a decent lineup there.
-
Silva
Jones
GSP

No man. I'm being serious here.
The way I see it:
Fedor
Bones
Stout

Some other great fighters out there including guys like bones. The four guys above dominated for years. Defending countless times. I will put Bones right there if he can win 3+ more title defenses.

i love brasilian girls, im fuckin drunk
