Actually, the bodyrock workouts are pretty awesome cardio/conditioning workouts. some people just don't like to do staight cardio, and these are pretty effective. no one says you can't do them in conjunction with lifting weights.

It is humanely impossible to get this big without PEDs. It is quite clear that this guys body was obtained through unnatural means.

no wrong. For most Americans, hell most western people, Wii fit is a hard workout for their lazy asses. If one lazy ass starts working out because they saw this guys corny vids, then i think that is a successful mission.

I'd think 45 minutes of weights and 20 mins on the treadmill would do the same. i've lost about 15 lbs. He's just another youtube partner posting BS!

that's way to hard for a bb'er to do. That's good to be fit, not for guys who train with heavy weights, the intensity is way too much.

For fat loss yes, for general fitness and athleticism, hell no.
Theres a lot more to being in shape than walking on a treadmill and lifting weights.
