The first 10mins is total madness, plenty of time for the guy to escape. Imagine this happened at multiple locations across a city, I don't think local police or rescue could handle it. Sounded like every single unit in town was at that location

Someone needs to just off this joker so we can get his face off the news and we don't have to hear about his trial and existence in the weeks and years to come.
