This trailer actually offers a completely different look at the MOS storyline....darker, rougher and the violent flying at the end was different than anything seen as well.

the flying looked good but the narration reminded me of the with great power comes great responsibility line.

Chris Nolan is the producer(?), so it looks like he'll go with a dark Batman type theme, which is all we (the fans) want, a much harder and ass-kicking Superman, none of that, "I need to hold my powers back, or I might hurt someone." Anyway, that ending flight sequence was a pure Money shot 8)!

Yes, but in any case who gives a fuck about Superman? The only thing that kills/hurts him is cryptonite anyways, doesnt bring much excitment to that. Batman has a much better realistic story to its name, and is probably the best super hero movie out there. The X-men series is pretty decent as well.

I thought that was Crowe. I talked myself out of it because there was never any buzz about him being in it.
I would have to agree on X-Men 3 being a stinking pile of crap-ola. That's how you want to bring Phoenix in?? I have to say, if they did a trilogy thing with Supes, that would be kind of awesome.

No... He wasn't... Notice the lighting... Nolan did a Dream Sequence swerve... It allows for interpretation of him being alive, but Nolan, in his mind, killed him off.
Which was a crock.

Bruce wayne dies because too many people knew he was batman, the memory stick cleared catwomans past as well as bruce ,
Bruce fixed the auto-pilot on the BAT 6 months before the explosion..
He fixes the bat-signal, and shows officer Blake the batcave.

I don't think Alfred ever even sees the Catwoman character let alone links her romantically with Bruce, so why would he imagine her with Bruce in the cafe ???

me too, but then i was thinking, wasnt bane killing the people by having them swim in ice? wouldnt that kill batman to when he jumped out the Bat 6? but then again he his batman full of battery powered thermal underwear , and then i thought, well surely 3 seconds left on the bomb wouldnt be enough time for him to bail out, but he might have had a bat boat waiting....

I doubt Alfred's dream for the person he cares about most in the world is for him to end up with a petty criminal who stole his murdered mother's jewels. The "your kind of woman" thing was obviously tongue-in-cheek.
Even if all that is true there's still the Bat Symbol being fixed by some mysterious entity. It clearly wasn't Gordon, so if Wayne is dead then who was it?
