hey i was wondering have been to busy to do any workouts or cardio for 3 weeks needed to put on weight and have now some fat but if i start lifting hard again will that fat turn into muscle or should i try to loose some u think i eat wheat pasta everyday is that bad or not also on a decent diet thanks kyle

fat never turns into muscle. it's just an expression.

timing is crucial especially for pasta...i wouldn't say its bad before a workout or in the early afternoon but evening and lots of it everyday...yeah it'll add up.

I think you can also benefit to use some punctuation and proper grammar.
Now, I know people have been ranting that it's a discussion board, not an English Classroom. However, you need to understand that if you don't take the time to make your post coherent and relatively easy to read, why should we take the time to post a well thought out and helpful response?
