There will be four surprisingly good fights. Including.......
Shogun vs. Brandon Vera (I don't know why Shogun would take this fight? Nothing to gain)
Machida vs. Bader ( Important fight for both guys)
Its funny how some of the Fox cards are easily better then ppv.

Wow, they just said that whomever is the most impressive out of the two main events (Shogun vs. Vera and Machida vs. Bader) will get the next shot at the LH title. Is Dana on crack? How could Vera (who is an injury replacement for Stann btw) even sniff a title shot right now? I don't care if he knocks Shogun out with one punch.

Damn shogun gassed hard. Doesn't he train his cardio ??? One of my favorite fighters but damn man get in shape. He would of beaten Henderson and walked through Vera if he didn't gas after the first round.

He is not a real fighter. He lacks killer instinct. He is just a good athlete doing combat sports.
A guy stands in front of him and waives his arms in an unusual manner, and he gets completely paralyzed. Not a single take-down attempt. No attacks in the first round. His only meainingful attempt, he rushes forward trying to close the distance without any kind of defence.

I don't know man. I'm starting to reaaly wonder if select fights aren't works. Ok guys, go atleast 3-4 rounds, and beat eachother up a little. At that point Shogun will hit Vera with a few good strikes that send him crumbling to the ground. Did you notice that neither guy really threw any really devastating strikes the whole fight?

Strange.....All-American Div 1 wrestler and he only attempted one takedown? I'm not an 83rd Degree Black Belt like the rest of you Getbiggers, but it sure didn't seem like Bader had a good fight plan. He had Machida in a clench and never made any effort to put him up against the cage, or on the mat. I know Machida is no slouch, but damn....he made Bader look silly.

Looks like Machida gets another dance with Jones. Hopefully he comes in with a better gameplan than last time. I dont think shogun wants to take on Jones anytime soon.
Good to see Lauzon back in the game.
