I see a lot of black guys running through the shopping centre really fast, and they're usually wearning Nike Air Force 1's so maybe try those?

Just try a good running shoe. It depends on your size too. 200lbs plus try something like the Brooks Beast running shoe. Wide foot look at New Balance but the top models cost but are good for big guys running. 185 and under something like Asics 2070. Leave the crap insert you bought at Walmart out of the shoe.

I was having the same problem with foot pain. I went to a running store where they put you on a treadmill and film you walking and running. They can then get you the shoe with then proper support. It took my pain away immediately. Now the running stores are 10-20 cheaper so I got their advice then went to Finish Line and bought them $15 cheaper.

Saucony Stabil is the best running/walking shoe I have found. Been using the same brand for 12+ years.

I bought the Nike Free 5.0's. Best fucking treadmill shoe ever. Great for running.

im going to spell this wrong for sure but you may have planter fascitis. I had pain all the time in my feet from minimal use as well. go see a specialist to see if thats it. I went to physio learned some stretches and have been battling back.
i did the same shit, bought a pair of shoes i thought would help, then doctor scholls, then expensive in soles, and then finallly the doctor.
