Title: Let's Compare Plans, Shall We?

Due to his constitutional law background and his success with getting Romneycare declared constitutional against all odds, I would probably hire Obama for constitutional law advice.

Romney would not be laughing. He wanted his healthcare plan to go national and it did via Obama. I assume Romney thanked Obama for getting the job done.
