They arrested him in his vehicle a few months ago blasted at 3am at some church parking lot right around the same area.

I just don't get it. The man probably owns a 5,000 acre ranch somewhere nearby...Why not just drive around naked in your truck and raise hell out there?  ???

So it's driving while intoxicated - a DWI. Is that the new "driving under the influence" - DUI?

In the state of Maryland, DWI, DUI, and DUI per se, are all three diff charges and carry diff points.

Depends on how the state wrote up the drunk driving laws. In NY it's DUI. IN NJ it's DWI.
