Title: How many times do you have to bust-a-nut a week?

Joe how would you structure the use of a Prowler for a complete newbie to this type of equipment - just using in a carpark to help get last few pounds off.

Umm no it's not. I stated earlier 3 times a day, so 21 *365 then I multiplied by 3.
