A gym I used to go to had two large flights of stairs to go in and one large flight of stairs to go down to the weight room. Which means, after doing legs (and the workouts after that) you had to walk up a flight of stairs and down two...
And then I worked at a place where I had to constantly walk down a flight of stairs in the office...
Walking like a Gingerbread man causes much laughter.
