I rarely have time for cardio..But would running up a mountain be considered cardio becas I cant jof anywere around here and I live right next to a mountain side so is that possible???

No need to limit cardio to indoors-- especially in the great fall weather!
Hill repeat workouts are great for both building leg strength and cardio.
