Title: low glycemic diet?

when trying to get lean, can eat food with low glycemic  index before going to bed?
like for example carrot is law glycemic , can you have carrot juice? from my understanding carrot is high in sugar but low glycemic ?

Juices' glycemic # is ALWAYS higher than it's whole food.

If you're going to eat before bed, the best thing is to choose something that is going to stabilize your blood sugar for as long as possible.

fat free cottage cheese is a good slow dissolving protein source

Protein (lean) Carb (low GI/GL) & Fat (healthy)
Example: NF cottage cheese, berries & flax oil or ground flax seed
