2012 IFBB NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS
BODYBUILDING | FITNESS | FIGURE | BIKINI | PHYSIQUE
CANADA - MEXICO - USA

Contest Venue and Host Hotel: Sheraton Station Square - Pittsburgh, PA

ATTENTION:

Women's Prejudging Moved To 9:00 AM
and Women's Finals moved to 5:00 PM

NEW MEN'S BODYBUILDING DIVISION - MEN OVER 35!!
MEN OVER 35 CAN NOW TURN PRO!!
New Division in addition to the Men Open/Over 40/50!

BODYBUILDERS AND WOMEN PHYSIQUE COMPETITORS - ROUTINES AT THE FINALS - 60 seconds
The top 5 placings will do Individual Routines.
All others will perform their routines to house music in groups of a maximum of 4 competitors

FANTASTIC FEMALE FRIDAY! - NEW START TIMES FOR WOMEN!!
Prejudging – 9:00 am: Women BB, Fitness, Figure, Bikini and Physique
Finals – 5:00 pm: Women BB, Fitness, Figure, Bikini and Physique

Friday, August 31, 2012                                                                                                                                                     Late Weigh-In/Check-In:
Men competitors only -- 8:00 am - 10:00 am

** PLEASE NOTE! – All Bodybuilding/Fitness/Women Physique CDs will be collected at the competitors Check-Ins/Weigh-Ins.
