Dedicating an entire day to either biceps or triceps is lame, IMO. Especially triceps, since they get hit hard on all pressing movements (ie shoulder and chest days). I think you'd be better off going with a lower/upper, four-day-per week split where you're hitting everything twice, or just sticking to a five day bodypart split.

a juicer who has no idea about training
a-maze-ing
and pitiful.

maybe on friday he only has enough time to do a 15-20 min bicep workout but i do agree that using up a day just for tris and another just for bis isn't the best thing.
-
jr.so u mean 2say that i can do bi+tri on the same day?
-
Why couldn't you?
-
Why don't you just bench press and curl 4 days a week. ;D
-
just hit it hard baby. find a pro's regimen and try that (toned down some obvi)

yeah....i have it set up so nothing is sore for workouts where you need certain muscles...ex- personally i hate tris being sore on chest day and i hate legs being sore on back day (deadlifts -no big deal though) but when i train arms i do Tris first usually sometimes i'll do them 2nd maybe once every 5-10 arm workouts. Bi's usually are 2nd and its a no longer than 20 min workout for bis and about 30-35 min for tris....now depending on if i feel like it or if my forearms weren't incorperated in the bi workout (hammers or reverse curls) i'll do 5-10 min of forearm work.
