  So the military or CIA changed these people's behaviors so at some point in the future they would procure weapons and kill people?  Makes perfect sense, that way their actions play on the emotions of the population as a whole so the government can get heavy-handed about gun control while meeting as little resistance as possible from society. This way, the government(and UN!) can gain more control over our lives.  Disarm the citizens, and martial law could be implemented much easier. 

Sarcasm aside, an interesting read, but I discard the notion of there being any sort of conspiracy involved with any of the shooters.
