WTF, I thought commies were dead, what's up with cameras in every car?  Also, when your cars are pieces of shit, you will treat them as such.  No way I'd do that to my ride.  Now, when I go to St Martin in m little roller skate/rental car, it's open season. :D

It's because there is a lot of insurance fraud in Russia with people being crashed into on purpose. I forget what you call that again? Anyways, it's to have the accident on camera if it goes to court.
