Title: 50,000 delegates having a hard time getting to Tampa for the Ron Paul cutoff

Romney thought he was clever, pushing the vote for tuesday (not thursday) in order to minimize any ron paul impact.

now the delegates are having a hard time getting there.  Travel ain't easy in south florida right now.  Storm went by but it's still 30+ mph winds constant, and still pouring for 3rd straight day.  roads flooded in a big way.
