How do you manage to get it so bad?
The device he's using, is it some kind of heat appliance?

We need to get Vikram on here because he and his work are starting to get a fanbase!

It's just a plain metal instrument, probably warmed up a bit to help open the pore, you can order different sizes, just google "blackhead removal tool". The main difference is that they allow you to apply a lot more direct pressure to the area than just using your finger tips.

Also, these Indians are presenting really large ones, so you get a nice mess when you dig them out.
