Yeah DC animated has some sick movies.

All Star Superman was a little weak compared to the graphic novel, so not every film hits it out of the park. I really like Batman Year 1, but once again...mixed reviews.

Marvel is not even in the same league, when it comes to their animated division.

Looks good, but wasn't this storyline already animated in the late 90s?

This was never made into an animated flick.  I just finished reading it again the other day and was talking to someone about how this should've been Nolan's storyline for his last flick.  The shame is that real Batman fans that do the best work are the animation guys.  Under The Red Hood was so much fucking better than DKR.

I never keep up with what they're working on so these movies are surprising as hell to me.  I can't believe their animating this and I hope they do Knightfall at some point.  That would have to be a three parter though.

are you talking about "batman the animated series" from 1992 ?.......I would love to see a new batman animated series, but I would love a continuation of Mcginess as Batman taking over for bruce wayne......since Bruce had heart problems and was approaching his early 90's and had died from heart failure and left his fortune to Mcginess as the new batman.......I think this would be a Great freaking story.......Batman beyond was very succesful and I wonder why DC comics never find it necessary to extend this story
