I would say men are still drawn to waist - hip - thigh area more than to tits. Attraction to tits is evolutionary quite new adaption which came from our want to make love face to face more often than from the behind. Also social norms play a big part. Breast cleavage is mainstream and sexy, but butt cleavage isn't and is deemed mostly disgusting.

Women don't find IFBB pros or even amateur bodybuilders physically attractive. They are actually repulsed by how big their muscles are and quite frankly could care less about whether or not they look "manly".
More and more women are starting to appreciate androgynous looking men with a muscular build that with clothes looks VERY normal. They just do not like or care for a man that walks around looking like a cartoon figure.
Quite frankly, unless attending an IFBB sanctioned event, the opening of a supplement store or a bodybuilding expo of some sort, IFBB pros look like retards wearing MC Hammer pants and the mandatory fanny pack. It's just not aesthetically pleasing in any way.
