I was told that a Hurricane can shut itself down in such instances. Besides, aborting a Hurricane is going against God`s Will.

Being from Los Angeles.. I really appreciate plaes like New Orleans, Boston, DC, VA, South Carolina and Vermont for their History.
Ive just started to research history of the West coast. But it isnt as rich as the east coast and southern history.
