So I found out about some congenital heart issues in my family history, so I thought I would lose ALL the fake muscle baby fat bloat I've accumulated over the last 15 years. I'm going under 200 for the first time since I was in my teens :o Anyway, this is the first time I've tried to lose weight without a shitload of ephedrine. Holy crap, it's slow. And irregular too. With ECA you can almost weigh less every time you weigh in. Now I'll stay the same weight sometimes for a week or two, then I'll suddenly drop down 3 pounds and hover at that weight for a while. It's taken me like a month and a half to lose 9 pounds, LOL!

still losing weight, about a pound a week for like 3 weeks then a pound gained. ::) Back and forth , up and down.
