Not so difficult for me to understand, I instead got problems with australian, south of US and people from center africa.

That's not a strong Welsh accent. Certain areas of Wales, it's far stronger.

The hardest accents to follow in the UK IMO is Glaswegian, Black Country (and I live there!) and Geordie.

Scottish accent was the roughest for me to understand, and english is even my native tounge ;D

Leg raises should be done all the way up, like knees to the face.
Funny how he announces strict reps and rest times, but then you are allowed to rest pause, cheat and modify the movement as much as you want.
