I never got to see Scarface on the big screen. Would love that. They replayed it about 10 years ago but I never had the chance. Heat on the big screen was awesome. That shootout was unbelievable.
I saw the Dark Knight at home on DVD, would love to see it on the big screen.
What I wish I'd unsee was the Star Wars Phantom menace in 3D release. What a waste of cash.

Empire Strikes back. I went into it knowing that Darth was Luke's father. Would have loved that surprise. Same feeling I had at the end of Usual Suspects. What a holy fuck moment

I'll probably get slated for this but I wish I'd seen Avatar at IMAX or in 3D at the cinema. I know it's not the world's best film but I didn't mind it and I think it would have had a much better impact on me if I'd seen it in either of those formats.

maybe better than that would have been the original King Kong, but that was before even my time..

Alien
Without any spoilers, which was almost impossible after Aliens was made.

Hands down 2001: A Space Odyssey. I am in awe of it in 2012. To watch that in 1968 on a Cinerama curved screen would be amazing.

My girlfriend at the time took me to go see it. I told her I hated kids movies and would only go if I were high. So I got totally fucked, eyes so slanty that they called me mr atad. Anyhow I nearly shit my pants watching it, I never seen pochahontos(because even as a kid I hated kids movies) so the plot to me wasnt predictable, and the science (I love realistic science fiction) and graphics(first time seeing 3d real trippy while high) were spot on. I felt like a little kid watching star wars for the first time it was great.
However I did eventually watched it sober :-\

Ask Wes how the original King Kong was... I'm pretty sure he saw it in the theater on opening night.
