When questioned about his claims of having more experience in Foreign Policy than Obama, Paul Ryan defensively notes 'I Voted to send men and women to war'  :D :D

If that is a qualification then I am the Grand Poombah of foreign policy with the amount of international travel I have done in the past 8 years.   ::)

I bet Lying Ryan couldn't find where on the global his "foreign policy" vote sent those men.

Where exactly does one get "foreign policy" experience? Just curious since this seems to be some big deal to some. Does staying at a holiday in express qualify?
