WOOO:  Nice useful site you give  (rosstraining.com).  The women, preforming the 100's, was impressive. Too many forget the benefits of doing 100's. As they do of many one arm exercises (chins, for example)

Haven't seen a pair of fly floor rollers (to the left, on the floor, of the gentleman doing the dips) in quite some time. Great total strength and muscle builder. Sort of like a ab wheel and just as effective.

When working with older men (or ladies) somewhat newer to training, stressing the importance of having dips and chins in any one workout should not be overlooked. That extra push/pull strength may come in handy some day, when least expected.  Good luck.

I have two of his books. They are worth it. His web site is also good. If I got the facts right he is an exboxer. He now trains fighters on conditioning. http://www.rosstraining.com/articles/strengthvsconditioning.html
