so I am trying to bulk up and I have work during the day and only get fifteen minute breaks I usually work 8-2 is it still possible for me to bulk up around this time? could someone mabe help me out and give me an opinion also I have been in the gym three days a week doing a split workout 5 sets of 10 10 8 5 5 should I go back to three sets of ten?

Before I help you let me know if I am experienced enough ok?
I have had a number opf serious relationships probably about 6 in total that have lasted longer than 6 months with the longest one going on 8 years. I have fucked a boatload more though. I have nailed women in every hole possible, had a threesome and even pissed on one.

OP, a good thumb rule is you need $0.50 of high-quality (i.e. MuscleTech or similar) combined pre- and post-workout nutrition for every set performed, and that's IF your nutrient timing is spot on.

heavy bench, squat, deadlift only. You will bulk up.

step 1 go get every gaspari product out there.
step 2 get a personnal trainer ( they are awesome )
step 3 canola oil ( i put that shit on everything)
step 4 no cardio YOU ARE BULKING

Need to do plenty of the above mentioned advice as well as lots of upright rows, but the secret is to keep your abs tight at all times.
Also, there's lots of helpful people on this site. For example, Uberman, Chaos, and BigCyp LOVE getting PM's. The more the better. And don't be discouraged if they don't respond right away, just be persistent, send many each day and they will share their knowledge. Good luck my young iron warrior!

All jokes aside, the reality is, for a person not using extraneous hormones, a full body session of 2 sets per major muscle group, 6-8 reps, done to near failure once a week, will cause all the muscle growth you will ever be capable of. No magic formulas. Thats it. The entire workout will take no longer than an hour and more like 45 minutes.

if eating is not possible, the sugary soda drink should always be in reach.that way, he wont miss the window.
sometimes the window occurs at night, so its best to skip sleep if possible.
sleep is overrated, you can sleep when youre dead.
Hahaha yes, another good one is midnight candy loading, basically take the hardest candy you can find and fill your mouth with it and go to sleep without swallowing any. Make sure that you lay flat on your back and your bedroom door is closed so no one can hear you metabolising

yes, this is solid advice, also, the occasional puking shouldnt worry him too much, its part of becoming big.
maybe he shouldnt even train more than one full body workout every month or so, this will spare money for gym and gasoline which now can be spent on more food.
overtraining is a bulkers worst enemy, i cant repeat enough how much eating is essential for a bulkee.

I can't agree more with the eating over training - spot on. To be honest, if I could do it all over again, I would just eat solidly for the first couple of years with only one workout per fortnight (to keep test levels high), and then when i'm up 100 pounds I would do 7 day split to turn that bulk straight to muscle. That way, I could be training for 4 weeks and still get more ripped than layne norton did in years.
