I personaly go to a great gym with people who are serious about training and working out with heavy weights without a spotter is not a good idea. Quite some intelligent people there too, lots of subtle humor and communication.
I'd bet my 16lb dumbell you have some issues with social interactions, but that's ok, plenty of ppl have that..
Tho' taking a gf to the same gym is a very stupid move. I know a few good cases of this, but generally it's a stupid idea.

I train at a small gym for 12 years or so, I know everyone there, avoid stupid people, exchange valuable communication with quality ones, oh and I have the keys, can go whenever I want + the regulars, esp. a certain cicrle of them are really cool people. Have had a lot of help from them on various situations, some of them I call friends. Too bad your experience with gyms is like that. It's about a differentiation when it comes to public - stay away from time wasters, these who can't offer anything valuable (or at least a good entertainment. A GOOD entertainment.) and have a good time (or just listen to the music) with the ones who are intelligent.
A great spotters are rarity too. I'm glad I have a few, who are as dedicated as I am so I know I'll find them at a certain time in the gym.

customized shitty basic old weider bench with reinforced back seat and preacher curl attachement, has grips; allows me to do dips, flat -close and wide grip- and incline bench press, preacher curls, triceps kickbacks. Customized slant board for abs (reinforced, shortened), semi pro leg curl/extension machine for legs, two dumbells for shrugs and lateral/frontal raises, one barbell for bent rows and curls/press, several weights...
I can send you a pic if you want.

im an ecto who s been lifting weights 2 to 6 hours a week for the last 12 years... my body currently looks like leafybug's when he still was natural. I can eat whatever i want and never get fat due to my quick metabolism; easy to have chiseled muscles that look bigger than they actually are, practically impossible to build mass tho.

well , the ability to slap someone else -i said slap, not punch- exists for a reason. Slap, tell her what you think, then wait. If she keeps doing wrong, and wants you to slap her again and again, you can forget her, it's just a headcase. Slaps are necessary in a relationship, to remember some basic principles to women who werent aware of them. Puting them in their place by destroying them psychologically is also a very useful skill.

This, I know very few couples who have been together for over 10 years where one of them hasnt cheated, whether the other knows it or not.A couple that hasnt is the exception, not the rule.

Using strenght to make a point is ok as long as your ultimate goal is positive, benevolent for both -and kids when kids are involved-. Im not advocating using gratuitous violence randomly to release your anger on someone who doesnt deserve it . Let's just say sometimes some women need to be taught things they simply werent aware of. Sometimes women are destructive and lost, and it's your duty to make them grow up. If you dont, nobody else s going to do it for you/her. Or worse, she might go seek someone who can when you cant; or find abother sucker to bullshit with her drama and imaturity. A good,deep and no bullshit discussion adressing the problems with no detours is needed afterwhile a good slap tho and not everyone is capable of that.
No serious, solid, long lasting couple hasnt seen the man slap his woman between two to 5 times in lets say, a 30 years span. Good men follow God, their women follow them and God, and kids follow father, mother, and learn they are submitted to God. This way everyone knows his place in the big picture.

oh boy im all over the spectrum on this one. i can get EXTREMELY jealous and possessive. but other times ill encourage her to tell me about how she wants some porn stars cock or try and get her to have a three some with a dude with me. ;D really what it comes down to is i dont want her talking to anybody but me, but having sex with other people is cool so long as im there. the only problem is, she thinks exactly opposite as i do. she thinks talking is perfectly fine but physical contact isnt. which is what most people think as well. but im not most people. ;D ...i have gotten her to change her ways quite a bit though. she used to go out all the time with coworkers for drinks, was friends with guys, would laugh at things guys said. but now she wont go anywhere where guys are at unless she tells me first, and she knows i have to give her the go-ahead before she can go. but she never wants to go to parties or go out drinking without me. its only stuff like going rock climbing with people from school. and when she does go, she understands how to make sure the guys know she isnt at all interested in them. not laughing at shit they say. not paying attention to them. giving them very short, curt answers to the questions they ask her. ..anyways, yeah i probably have some issues. ;D but personally im an extremely anti-social person, and i prefer she be the same way. however, i do realize she hasnt completely fried her brain and killed the potential to get joy out of socializing by taking massive amounts of ecstacy for years on end like i have.. so im undertsanding. to a degree. she appreciates my strength of personality though (at least thats how women percieve a guy who doesnt talk very much but keeps a cool demeanor regardless)
Feel bad for any guy who is friends with her. She must be a real joy to hang with. If I had a friend like this I would be annoyed at her being like that especially if I have zero sexual interest in her, I would be like get off your high horse bitch!
