I don't understand why the adjective "Big" is in front of his name. Does "big" mean something else in German?

I was at this years Arnold. I was standing next to or talked to tons of the biggest and best pros, and it's bullshit when people say "no Phil's not that big in real life" or stupid comments like that. All these guys are unreal IRL, they're all massive.

However...Dan Hill really looks like an average gym rat up close, (no disrespect to YAGR). I mean, I could tell he works out I guess, but there were random fans walking around the expo who dwarfed him.

it's much better to look like a Greek God/Apollo than to be a mass monster IMHO, but of course BDH is neither :'(
