I have to question how Chaos got a "word document" copy of a court bail order? That doesn't seem like the type of document a person would receive via email. Can anyone verify the validity of the document? :D

In all seriousness, alot of your smaller town newspapers will have a photo of people arrested and charged with crimes posted in the paper. If he truly was arrested and charged there is a decent chance that his mugshot is out there in print.
