Phil is 100% insulin bloat and seo size. This is something that he can't maintain all of the time.

Phil grows into the show kind of like levrone, you don't don't see him getting up to 300.. Pic has got to be taken some time out.

It's shit, good muscle shape and detail though apart from chest. He also has the 4 pack but many Olympia's of the past have the 4 pack, Arnold, Ronnie :-\...

Actually, he looks good, since he comes off, as a normal dude (size wise) in the off-season like Levrone.  Then, he blows up and wins shows.  Sounds like a winning formula to me.  Flex Wheeler had the clavicle issue also.

IMO a narrow hip structure is the CORNERSTONE to an outstanding and aesthetic bod, and both flex and phil have that, so they win in this case

basically, if you don't have a narrow hip structure then forget about aesthetics

He's always had over developed obliques. But with that being said, his whole midsection looked alot better at last years O.

phil heath with a better midsection

looks good here. smaller arms makes him look wider and legs are not overblown which creates more width illusion  8)

Flex was born with lines and shape, tiny joints, long muscle bellies, perfect insertion points.
Flex was not narrow, but at one stage his "over-developed" delts and arms made him appear so, and overpowered his chest too
But heath cannot get compared to a peak flex, IMO

Heath does have a very good back, and has probably the best conditioned/fully developed combo  posterior chain of everyone at the moment
IMO, he should cut back on the arms a bit, it will improve everything else
