Is a great sauce to use when making asian or really any kind of stir fry. Adds a lot of flavor. Asians know this but not sure if other white people did so I'm sharing it here.

Is it like a paste, or thinner? I've never come across any recipes that call for it.
I LOVE the taste of fresh oysters. I can sit down and eat an entire pint raw, right out of the jar.

Just use a little bit in a stir fry. I don't think it tastes like oysters though.

Thanks!
Are you guys also fans of "Clamato?" Try though I may, I have never understood how or why someone came up with the prospect of adding clam juice and tomato juice together and drinking it.
Some combinations are almost natural:
Chocolate and peanut butter? Yes.
Salt and pepper? Sure.
Clam juice and tomato juice? If I had to sum up that concept in one word, that word would be..."What the FU*CK?"

Fish sauces come in different varieties, the best it the one made from squid. Doesn't taste fishy at all.
