i got my first chill tonite as the thermostat fell to a crisp 71. and didnt like the chillyness feeling and it wasnt makeing me feel so good mentally so i had a good swig of olive oil chased by some ginger ale and now i feel pretty good
avesher and dumb people or the type that hates thinking for themselves like that call this "anxiety" or "panic" attacks when really they just need a drink or need to consume something
i feel much warmer now as a result too

yes i need to do them been painting all day looking for the second wind, i think olive oil along with some natty pb is gonna help

pushups is a good idea but if you are cold/chilly and tired your gonna need olive oil to get the body heat up. especially when ive been consuming mainly sugars all day
had alot of apple sauce and cormuffins for breakfast
rice krispies with cheerois and strawberries
3or 4 sodas today had honey roasted peanuts at lunch
yogurt when i got home, and sweet potatoe fries and two morning star burgers with swiss cheese
cup of black beans
cup of raw greens
now had some olive oil and peanut butter

yep sometimes painting over top of roaches

Might as well, especially if they are rentals. They are going to be occupied by roaches anyways, might as well commemorate them in the paint so they can add them on their claim form for an additional EBT card.

we had the professional exterminators come out here 5 times already, hes gonna have to come a 6th time or more. atleast they garantee it and no additional charging for each time they have to come out. pretty insane how they were living

Get a bunch of Spiders and drop them in the house. As many as you can.

Have to be some serious spiders to eat Roaches.
We had those little miny roaches in Houston and they were some tough bastards.

i try to let the daddy long legs live and not step on them. this is by far the worst roach infestation yet usually they (exterminator) might have to come back once or twice

How the hell do people live with roaches crawling on them at night you know they are maybe in the bed a shit...nasty mofos

That's a good idea, that way the roaches will blend in with the walls and the tenants won't even notice them.

I would get a custom made Wall Paper that has roaches lined in a Fleur De Lis pattern, that way you never have to call the Exterminator. The living ones will blend right in and create a 3-D wall art effect.

only at night when my metabolism slows down, dont forget im sweating all day working so i loose most of my heat during the day
