I thought it was brilliant

Since it is based on the mob, there will be things one has seen or heard before related to the mob

What I liked was the fresh take on the whole stale mafia thing

the sopranos was great for its time. i haven't watched it for years so not sure how well it holds up. i must admit though that season six was just fucking horrid for the most part
