Would you guys say that over-under grip is the best for deads straight from the 1st set to last or do you think sticking with over-over as long as you can is better?

Probably doesn't matter much, I use over-under the whole time.

i alternate. over-over and under-over. i normally warm up with over over and then when it starts to get heavy then i start using under-over. my grip sux and i've been working on getting a better grip. so far incorporating over-over into DL's has been working a bit.

I think over/under helps to maintain more balance when not using straps, but i personally like to use straps and not even think about my grip and focus on form. In this case, i use over/over, and a relatively wide grip, to hit my traps and mid/upper back.

yeah i try to stick with over over too as long as i can then i go to over under and then for my last set i'll usually pull out straps and wrap an over under grip

i use over/under for my last 2 sets if i go heavy...i never use straps.
