Hi guys It's been a while.. Thought I'd update you on my first contest I'm finally doing.. Cut down a bit quickly at 10 weeks out so I think I could have done a lot better doing it 22 weeks out preserving more muscle in the process. Currently 11% body fat at 167 lbs doing 3-4 hours of cardio a day.

ripped back ,,,need some more mass how tall ,,if over 5'9 167 eat to 187 lean ,thickness is needed,,,look good tho so props ur ripped and good shape.

physique has good balance / consistent development. you're doing an unnecessary amount of cardio. no more than 60 minutes a day is ever necessary. if you can't stay conditioned with that then you're not eating clean enough.

also your bf estimation is too high. your probably used one of those handheld things that measures impedance. those things are so inaccurate bc of so many variables involved.
