Yes, definitely "workout" music. Perfect for Zumba or a step aerobics class. Call me when you can finally figure out what "training" music is. If you need help, just ask.

I have no problems with No Doubt (they, gasp, write their own music and play instruments!), and I find Gwen seriously attractive, but I am not much of a fan.
I wish them luck, though, with this comeback album.

Apparently the dude was a part of the '80s/early '90s LA pop-metal scene, and we all know some of the HUGE talents that emerged from said scene. Lynch ... DeMartini ... Beach ... Gilbert ... etc.

Gwen used to run in the same circles that I did. I remember when she would come over my friends apartment when she was in town and act as if she was better than everyone else...."Uh yeeeahhh, its Gwen, is Peter thhhheeerrree?" all the while never looking at anyone in the eyes and always having that whiny voice dragged out. She has become better looking with age and her body has become harder.

To be intelligent and have a firm grasp on reality is to not allow your ego to grow beyond what is appropriate for a mortal organism.
These days I bet Gwen's basically a sweetheart.

This was before anyone knew her, her ego was huge. I couldn't stand her and then one day she hit it big. I guess we were the assholes,lol.
