right now, I'm just trying to eat clean and healthy and keep doing some cardio a week, not really paying too much about my bodyfat percentage. I still want to grow. For my arm, I think it would be good for me to grow to 20 in 2-3 years.

saw a picture of flex..his measuring 20ins....but it doesn't look it...it looks good, but not 20ins in that condition....if u count the ins at front of arm....its 7..probably 6 if the tape was pulled tight...so where is the other 13 to 14 ins...its not that on other side..

that doesnt mean much though.
mine are 18 and bit more dead cold(pumped shouldnt even count), but lean.
every muscle appears bigger when lean, so measurements are kinda meaningless.
i could have 20 inch guns within 2 weeks, if i simply ate 15k cals a day.but theyd be flabby. :-X
Mine are not flabby. Not superlean. I have abs and veins.
In the grand scheme of things it does not mean anything at all. Just a milestone I hit without actively and directly pursuing and was a pleasant surprise.
It was measured using one of those wee tape measures like this.
