Any skinny twinks here ever try it?
2 quarts of whole milk, a days supply of weight gainer/protein, 2 cups of skim milk powder, and blend.
Add 2 eggs, 4 tablesppons of PB, half a brick of ice cream, 1 Banana, 4 tablesppons of malted milk powder, 6 tablespoons of corn syrup.
Apparently it makes 10 drinks you should take during the day.
John McCallum wrote about this back in 1965 for those who had trouble putting on size...

I did something similar when I first started, but I substituted raw honey for the corn syrup.
McCallum was also a big fan of blackstrap molasses.
I could have built the Great Pyramids.

Getting big and getting fat are two different things.
This is why gyms are littered with 240 pound guys with 42 inch waists, but they are "big" ::)
here's a tip, if you can put up 315 for reps, but you self conscious about taking your shirt off in public, you are doing it wrong
