Eat lard, cut down on processed carbohydrates, sugar and your cholesterol will jump right into check.

If i don`t eat 3 decent meals a day of 600 to 800 calories each I just wind up grazing and nibbling all god damn day.
These fukers and their crap about 6 meals and more must not get very hungry. My appetite only gets irritated if you just try to feed it a rice cake and a plum every hour and half.

This is as lean as it gets - I think "you're" actions reek of ulterior motives regarding this specimen.

cholesterol is a by-product of excess inflammation, high cytokine production and free radicals. Cholesterol is a good thing.
