Title: My training partner is he strong?
Post by: Darren Avey on September 28, 2012, 10:39:40 AM
Started training with this fierce bloke who doesnt chat much and just gets on with it. According to some of you on here hes not strong.
Hes 6 feet 2,230lbs. Ive seen him bench 410lbs, squat 520, and deadlift 600. Military standing 280lb. I think thats strong. Its weak for some of you though.

Considering his weight, he isn't even benching 1 x b.w and squatting 2 x b.w. Weak pu$$y.

Haha! Are you saying that when not masturbating to Danny Dyer's "Deadliest Men", that "Darren's" the type of guy that always asks for a second opinion on his biweekly prostate exam?

Yes, he definitely finds Darren's request to be called "a dirty girl" mid exam a tad off putting!

It's perfectly acceptable to write a letter to your parents if you DL 600lbs.

That's an incredible lift for a natural trainer.

I have done more than him on squats and deads for reps (not a great deal more) but fuck me that was at my peak of strength and i didn't like lifting that heavy by then it took a lot. I have never seen anyone do close to what i have. Yes he is very strong.
