kai is a little wider and thicker but shape wise i prefer phil.. i feel that kai's back and upper body in general is kinda pressed!!..

Kai is thicker everywhere and detailed, I think Phil looks a fair bit better in the front relaxed , poses, most muscular? that's about it. Kai isn't pretty, but i can think of numerous prettier physiques than Phil. He is beating him on judging criteria.

I don't think Phil counted on Kai coming in this good---a miscalculation on his part. Phil should always think, that since he is Mr. O, that he should coming in at the least, 15% better than the last time. Which means, that the others are trying to match the old version, not the new one.
Kai has always been Phil's Achilles heel. Before he was a stumbling block, and then he thought he lept over that hurdle, but Kai is not a quiter, and remade himself. I give a lot of credit to Kai for this.... humble, and hardworking. Whereas which each outing Branch looks worse, and he gets more and more arrogant.

In the side chest he looks like he outweighs Phil by 35lb. Bro this is not a daily thread of who is better, this is a judging on what we all saw at the pre-judging and Kai is dominating plain and simple.

i was comparing their bdb only.. over all i give kai the fls, side chest, and, abs and thighs.. the rest imo go to phil by a small margin.. very close.. both are very good.. still not close to the greatest olympia winners.. bb is waiting for another dominating champ to win the way haney, dorian, and, ronnie were winning..
phil looks great but he hasnt presented anything new.. even last year he was sharper.. i dont think he is going to present anything much better in the future to be the dominant champ who can take the sport to a new stage.. his structure doesnt help him..

Glute width ??? please tell me you are not fucking serious. Kai's legs are about a third bigger, his back is wider, his arms are bigger, he has just as much detail, better condition and is outmuscling Phil.

Phil is a little bitch, he wanted to believe that he is some superstar of the little cult but Kai came along and introduced some reality to proceedings. Same thing when Jay was shit talking about Dex, Jay is a joke compared to Dex, these guys elevate themselves in their own minds.

phil would beat cormier, who never beat any of the top guys when they were at the top. legless or backless levrone loses to a top Heath too. The phil hate thing is going over board. Phil just doesn't have the dimensions, even "on", to deal with Ronnie Prime or Yates, who were BIG ASS bodybuilders, not mass squashed into a 5'8' frame like kai.
