Just trying to be bigger with the same proportions and conditionning and he will continue to win, although people will continue to hate him gratuitously at the same time.

i don't know what he can improved, but it's a joke the big boys like cedric, kuclo and evan don't up their game. i mean kai came down in size and still gave him problems.

Phil needs to take a step back more towards last year's look. If he overfills his frame, he can look bunchy and lose detail.

At that level you cannot improve any single bodypart in relation to another without injecting oil

He should hang from a monkey bar 2 hours a day with weight hanging off him and try to force his body to get wider.

Just conditioning, not that there was anything wrong. Now that he's much bigger his arms are in balance with the rest of his physique. His chest is good now. Just keep abs in check and waist down.

I noticed that I didn't notice his arms---he had better flow, no more is he an "arms guy", but Kai's seemed bigger, which is odd because Phil is known for them.

Truth, he appears to have maxed out his narrow frame.

He's virtually maxed out his size at this point. He needs to bring his 2011 conditioning back and he'll be golden. He's unbeatable with that kind of conditioning, as hard as it is to admit.

Conditioning for sure and more shoulder mass. The course of the average bodybuilder nine times out of ten is implosion, so; the best course is to avoid putting on a lot of unnecessary mass in order to compete with Kai, ruining his ascetics in the process. The end result of that game is never good.
